Your Customized Personal Training begins with a full fitness assessment. Together we will look at your abilities, strengths, and limitations, determine your short-term and long-term goals, then provide you with a recommended plan to suit your lifestyle and timeframe.

Your personalized plan may include a variety of options ranging from core strength, resistance training, cardiovascular training, yoga, and nutritional counseling.

We work with you as your partner to motivate you and guide your expectations.

 

Customized Yoga

We’ve combined over ten years of yoga experience with a variety of yoga genres such as power yoga, Hatha yoga, hot yoga, and grounding yoga, to create a unique yoga program customized for you, based on your needs and expectations.

All our programs include an element of yoga in terms of balancing and stretching techniques.

Sometime we simply call it YogaFit

 

 

Meditation and Relaxation

We incorporate Meditation & Relaxation into every training session as part of our holistic approach to health, fitness, and life.

As we strive for a strong and fit body, we must also calm and centre our minds—for here is the source of our strength.

All our programs include an element of yoga in terms of balancing and stretching techniques.

Rehabilitation

If you’re recovering from an injury and have completed your physiotherapy, we can help ease you back into a regular fitness routine.
